I primarily work with ages 17-50, and I am welcoming and inclusive of all identities and bodies including LGBTQ+, BIPOC, religious beliefs, and people with functional differences in ability. I especially enjoy helping clients with becoming their own person and identity development, living authentically, and experiencing their emotions. Much of this work happens in the context of working through and with relational and developmental trauma & abuse, family relationships, chronic pain & illness, religious trauma & faith transitions, sexuality, women’s health, grief, and anxiety & depression.
